It is important to note, that this game is full of decisions and what if scenarios depending how you play. All are valid choices and outcomes. Also should be noted Shepard has 6 classes. 3 are strictly Tech abilities, and 3 have mixture of tech and Biotic abilities. For this thread I am using and showing all the powers/abilities of all 6 classes.
Shepard is enhance with micro-fiber weaving through out his muscle tissue for super human strength and stamina.
Stated that humans with Shepard's cybernetic enhancements are capable of 2000 pound, or 1 ton, of force in punches. Comparable to Mech Suits or Heavy Equipment as the SAM-E noted.
Both the Widow Maker Sniper Rifle and Claymore Shotgun are stated so powerful the recoil will shatter a normal human firing, it. Only Shepard with his cybernetic strength fire freely fire the weapons with no discomfort.
Shepard manhandles and smashes the head of Husks. Husks are able to shred armored soldiers in hand to hand combat.
Before gaining cybernetic enhancements Shepard was strong enough to slam down Wrex like a ragdoll.

Shepard has a reinforce skeleton made with synthetic weaving. Bones stated nearly unbreakable. If a bone does break Medi-Gel is automatically applied for rapid healing.
Shepard's skin is enhance with synthetic fibers that dramatically reduce damage, and acts as better conduit for Medi-Gel.

In Codex a Reaper's Magnetohydrodynamic Cannon has a yield of 132 to 450 kilotons of TNT. In game scenes they are shown taking down Frigates starships, and even taking down Cruisers in one blast. Shepard best feat with his enhance durability, armor, and shields survives a single sweeping blast of Harbinger's Magnetohydrodynamic Cannon, though Shepard is near dying.
Even after tanking the Magnetohydrodynamic Canon, if you choose to destroy Reapers, Shepard is shown to be engulf in the fireball explosion, and buried in rubble. Yet is confirm and shown to still live through it all.

Through out all three games, Shepard shows the ability to hack and break the security of various systems with his Omni-Tool. Systems from low grade security to top of the line military tier. Stated by Liara to be very experience at it. Shepard even skilled enough to reactivate the Geth unit Legion.

Kai Leng is a skilled martial artist and sword fighter, yet Shepard is able to engage in close combat with only his guns, and beat Kai Leng in the scripted sequences. Shepard even feels out Kai Leng's last ditch back stab with precision timing.
Garrus is one of the more top tier marksmen in the game. In a shoot out challenge, Shepard can either beat Garrus, or choose to loose to make Garrus feel good.

Sabotage, also known as Hacking, is the wireless ability to hack anything with a computer interface. It also overheats weapons that rely on energy processes. It has a impact radius 3.25 - 4 meters. When hacking robots it can either cause them to explode or gain shields strength if they fight for you.

Biotic Lift Grenades
Lift Grenades explode with a Biotic energy that suspends targets caught in its effect. Has a radius of 6.50 meters. Can also be upgraded to slam foes back into the ground to stun them.
Biotic Cluster Grenade
A grenade that flings targets with biotic energy. Radius of 4 -5.40 meters, and sends targets flying with the impact force of 2400 newtons.
Fortification allows Foucault Currents to reinforce and hold together the armor while active. The energy can also be purge for greater melee attacks, or in a electric explosion around the user.
Armor can further be upgraded with Tech Armor and Fortification. Fortification requires alot of energy for short use, but will hold the armor together better in a fire fight.

Reave is a blast of biotic energy that wraps around targets in a 3 meter radius of its impact. It drains the health of the targets while boasting the resistance of the user while its in effect. Powerful enough to instant kill a target. Lasts for 8.20 seconds while active.
Shockwave is a cascading multi blast attack. Each Biotic blast wave hitting with a force 500 - 1085 newtons of force. Its has 12 blasts that reach a total range 15-24 meters. Each blast wave has a radius of 2 - 3.50 meters. When upgraded the blast waves will leave hit targets suspended in air for short time.

Warp allows for subatomic to molecule level mass effects fields that rips a target apart in time. It destroys armor and by passes regen. It is also capable of detonation when another Biotic power hits a target being affected by Warp. The Explosion is stated a radius of 5 - 7 meters, 700 newton blast.
Warp attack description. States its like being torn apart by mini mass effect fields blinking in and out of the space continuum throughout your body.
Dominate is just as it sounds. Its affects the organics brain's synaptics, allowing the target to fight for you. Can impact multiple targets in a 3 meter radius.
Flare is a simple all or nothing biotic attack. Hits only with 300 newtons, but has massive 10.80 meter radius to cause targets flying.
Aria is a character who uses Flare, and shows it off to obliterates several super durable Reaper Adjutants.
Singularity is a gravity well of dark energy. It can last for 30 - 45 seconds. Has a effective radius of 1.75 - 3 meters. Can trap up to 4 - 6 targets. When detonated by another Biotic power it has a explosive radius 5 - 7 meters.
Singularity are describe able to warp space and time with their subatomic near infinite mass center. Ripping support columns of a building down.

Stasis uses Mass Effect Fields to trap a target. Freezing them in place. It can last at max 21 seconds. Can freeze multiple targets up to few meters of impact. Targets that take damage will break out sooner.

Lift, Throw, Pull
While each is specific to how its used, they are all the same in function. Using Mass Effect Fields for Telekinetic like abilities. Throw can max at 1200 - 1320 newtons of force. Has a impact radius of 3 meters. Lift can have a radius of 6 meters, and suspend the target in the air for 12 seconds. Pull ability works alot like lift after raging the target to you, lasting for 12 seconds, with impact radius of 3 meters.
