There were a couple of votes for Avengers:  The Children's Crusade, Uncanny X-Force, Journey Into Mystery, and X-Factor, but they just couldn't compete against the wave of DC books this month. As mostly a DC fan, i'm excited to see all the DC love this month (and even some of the DC hate. Attention is attention and maybe by vocalizing our complaints, we can make DC better in the long run). But as a comic fan, next time I'm going to increase the categories so we can see a nice spread of Marvel, DC, and (hopefully) independent or third-party books. :)

I know, I know. :( But that's ok. I think Batwoman was pretty well represented in the end (although, I personally think it deserved Best Cover. Still, c'est la vie, and it's a democracy.)

Next month, though, you can not only vote for her book but vote for her for Favorite Female Character as well. :) So be sure to come back and vote for Best of October! :D

Nice to see Demon Knights on one of the list. I'm surprised how big of a hit Aquaman has become...
