Tbh speed in CSM is pretty unclear, but I'd say in terms of movement he ranges from supersonic to hypersonic. He's FTE to characters who can move at FTE speeds over large distances and in terms of combat speed, well he was able to throw his heart at hypersonic+ speeds.

Gun Devil scaling is too iffy imo. It's not even clear if Makima reacted to the bullet and she defeated GD off panel.

The Gun Devil Fiend's attacks should be hypersonic and higher shouldn't it? Denji was able to react and deflect bullets like those pretty easily.
