Cameron Monoghan the actor who plays young Joker on Gotham. He has that menacing vibe and already looks like Kletus Kasady.
I'd go with Sean Harris. He might be a little older than what most would see for Carnage, but just imagine his character from Harry Brown with a more maniacal demeanor and an alien symbiote.
