I just want to see how AoS can possibly try and address how Coulson encountering the Kree and first meeting Nick in the 90's makes any sense. It contradicts its established canon.

Coulson was inducted into SHIELD by Fury when he was in university and did not know the Kree existed or anything about them in AoS. T.A.H.I.T.I. can't explain this because Melinda May's recollection of events match Coulson's, they had their first mission together.

Well this can be easily explained that after meeting Coulson May went on solo mission far away and all that Kree stuff happened while she was abroad. All this could be so top top secret, even she didn't get to know about that.

This doesn't explain the discrepancy regarding when Fury/Coulson met, in AoS Coulson is repeatedly stated to have been recruited out of university. Nor does it explain May's recollection of events which coincide with this, with the two of them having their first mission together fresh out of the academy.
