Captain Marvel 2nd Trailer!!

It looks better than the first one and I liked the additional scene with the old woman who was punched. Its looks more promising than the first trailer.

Well, that was definitely better than the first trailer, I'll give it that. But still not good enough to get me hyped.

Not bad. Not happy about that fact that she looks like the strongest avenger so far though.

Damn, story looks intriguing, and capt. Marvel looks mega powerful.

So so hyped for this movie, the first trailer was ok nothing special, this bumps it up a few notches easily. Suit looks awesome.

Meh, no real feats that I can see (besides destroying some ships) and I can already see the low-ball “cap marvel couldn’t even break an iron bar”

Looks pretty good but meh I'm not all that hyped. Looks like a very safe and generic marvel film to me. Like it wont be bad but not memorable either.

The space scene is epic. Her acting seems meh. Wasn’t cool with her being strongest avenger but that single scene got me pretty hyped

Pretty much were I’m at too.

I’m not so much as hyped for this movie as I am to what this movie‘s success will do, ultimately kicking open the door further expanding the Cosmic MCU.

The only good thing was the final scene with her blowing up all those spaceships, other than that, it was pretty average.

Also, I can't believe this is an Oscar nominated actress, her line deliveries sound very forced and unnatural IMO.

I really don't like how the mohawk looks in a movie, apart from that It looks fun.

ouch, the CGI in the space scene needs a lot of work, looks very video game'y.

Better than the first trailer, but it feels like the first half or even 2/3 will be boring. Hope i'm wrong though.

Both this and Aquaman look equally amazing, can't wait to see both of them. Avengers trailer on wednesday too, jesus.

I agree, her voice is very weird in this one. Feels like she's trying to talk with a slightly higher pitch and ends up sounding like a typical blonde bimbo.

And this 2nd trailer was another letdown for me. Felt 0 excitement, just an average Ant-Man level action movie.

Looks generic, just with more action compare to the first trailer. I am sure it will be just fine enough. But it look like a generic Marvel movie. Honestly probably watch it a week after it hit theater and not right away.

Even weak Thor in Avengers 1 could oneshot a Leviathan which is much, much more impressive than this. He also oneshot the huge ships the Outriders used in Infinity War by simply flying into them. This is pretty small scale in comparison

Without binary I can see her being only a mid tier.

Im hoping this is a case of the 'changed line for trailer only' thing Marvel's been doing lately where the delivery is very different in the actual movie.

TBH tho this movie looks like a pretty good movie marketed kind of poorly. Like it doesn't seem to have a specific identity in its trailers. Thats what's holding it back imo.

Not going to lie, really hyped with the space battle. It is about time we got some cosmic space type battles in the MCU. Looks pretty bad ass.

Its not so much the feat itself but the casual output of that damage. Similar to Thor he didn't look like he tried hard at all until he went after Thanos in which he was bloodlusted. He was just destroying ships casually like this. Thats why i'm saying its on that level. Oneshotting alien ships is always impressive, no one else in the MCU is seen being able to do anything to this degree casually (maybe Iron-Man).

What doesn’t make sense to me is that she looks Laps above every other avenger. Kind of makes them look useles.

It looks good. My only real nitpick (and it is a nitpick) is her voice. I don't know, I guess I just imagined Carol's voice a little tougher and this version seems a little too high pitched for a former pilot-turned half-Kree warrior. I have the same problem with MCU Spider-Man, but he's a young teen so I give it more of a pass.

Obviously there's a big difference between physical actors and voice actors, but I would have preferred something closer to Earth's Mightiest Heroes voice for Carol. There's still care and compassion in her tone but she still sounds like someone who could kick your ass.

But ooooof the way she said "I'm gonna end it" made me cringe.

I wouldn't say that. We haven't seen all that much but i'd still say Thor, Strange and possibly Iron-Man could match her atm. We'll see tho.

Just by the looks, I would disagree. That final scene where she was destroying ships looked like a video game cutscene. Cheapest cgi so far.

It’s like Brie is draining the energy of the actors around her. How did she make Sam Jackson monotone for most of this? I thought only Lucas could do that?

Apart from her it looks promising.
