Captain America is a racist and a mysogynist

Srsly what kind of a hero is if he does things like this

Even though this pics are found all over the internet and are old but it still doesnt change the fact that Cap is a racist

Thats wy it will always be Iron Man >>>>>> Captain America

@titanbreaker: It is. It's a well known fact that version of Captain America acts like your typical American war veteran from the 1940s.

@ghostodoofus: It's clickbait. You can find these images on about a thousand clickbait sites too. But the first two are just old. The one with ladies is just a popular turn-of-phrase even today in the ridiculous PC culture, let alone back when it was written, and the last one was when Cap was brainwashed.

One scan you posted is Ultimate Cap. He is nationalist and racist. Other scans you posted are either too old, or are contextual. Regardless, 616 Rogers is not racist and there are several sources to support this. Not that I will bother bringing them up. Agenda is pretty clear here.

In the last scan he was being controlled by DR Faustus, and he was sporting a swatisca on his shield at that time. The third one isn't racism - just some standard military camp-style leadership.

But the first two ones.... yeah. Things were pretty rough in the Golden Age of comics: Superheroes were almost exclusively a product of chauvinism: They were proud and loud to the point of what is considered today, with out collectively thinner skins, excess.

Early 1940s and 50s comics were filled with this crap. You can find a lot of older characters doing things like this, even my favorite character

But as both society and comics evolved these things faded away

Wow. Are people new to comics. This is old news. Wonder Woman was also racist in not everyone back then.

Those are from the 40s and 60s, and they probably aren't even canon anymore.

I would love to see Chris Evans' reaction to these

The 616 Cap writers were offended by Ultimate Cap saying the France thing, so they had a story where Cap talked about the courage and heroism of French Resistance fighters he served with.
