Can Prime All Might survive a Serious Punch or at least a Normal Punch from Saitama ?

It depends on how much force he'll exert with the normal punch, but so far only above dragon levels are the only ones who can survive a normal punch so It's safe to assume that AM dies.

A Normal Punch doesn't have any set power to it but yes, Saitama can kill AM with a "Normal Punch".

His "serious punch" complete obliterated an attack that was said to destroy the planet in anime and would at least wipe its surface in manga.

Based on that, his serious punch is at least planet tier. I guess we don't need to discuss that nothing from my hero academia would survive that.

His normal punches are hard to tell though since they too "varied" in their impact.

The strongest of Saitama's normal punches would most certainly kill All Might, though I think he could survive some of his "avarage punches"

His last punch against Orochi can one shot Prime All Might, but he can survive against the punch he used against Rover.

He survives neither. A normal punch from Saitama was still able to easily bust through a giant 200m Dragon level Meteor which shrugged off a prolonged blast from Genos and Metal Knight's multi-city block missile explosion

This is a mismatch battle. Saitama is a character similar to Bugs bunny, as said by One. He's satire, he has no value outside his own universe with the limiter BS.

Prime All Might at best is Continental to stretches of semi Multi Continental. However, outside Saitama Prime Am may be around Blast level. Since Saitama is satire, he wins by default. However, if we want to be serious the most he's taken out is nothing compared to DB characters. So his satire only can go as far as the strongest thing he has hit.

@sweetyx: Prime All Might would have stronger feats than Tatsumaki, if she can take out Psychos Orochi, im sure Prime would have destroyed it. His United State smash delivers more than 6, 003, 990, 000, 000 newtons if we go by his 60x push, or if we go by his 210 push since we know he was aboout 5% weaker not 60, would be 210 Trillion tons of newtons, which would destroy all of Japan and more in one shot, well both would. There is no way that would kill Prime AM. Even at his weakest he already exerts enough force to cause large city and district level thunder storms which is over 9 million joules ( just the force alone, which should be more if he made direct contact). Tatsumaki wouldnt be able to take a direct hit from that.

As others have said, a serious punch kills him, and a normal punch would depend on how much force he puts into it, but yes, he can kill Allmight with a normal punch. Normal punches were obliterating Orochi, who is probably more durable than Allmight.

Is anyone not gonna talk about how thyanomaly thinks PAM as being Multi-Continental level ?
