Can Naruto Talk-no-Jutsu Sinbad out of destroying his planet?

The title is pretty self-explanatory. Sinbad from Magi is about to annihilate the Naruto Earth because he see this world is flawed and suffering, in order to avoid the war and bring peace to this world,he rewrites destiny and brainwashs everyone into wanting to die and become rukh except Naruto? and Naruto has to convince him out of it. Can he change Sinbad mind? Naruto is at the peak of his Talk-no-Jutsu abilities
