I mean, Spidey had Spider Sense, and since Superman hasn't shown any resistance to illusions then Yes, he would be fouled.

The right answer is option 2. Clark's needs to actively focus his vision on a particular thing for it work

He can see along the entire electromagnetic spectrum and x rays. That, along with his enhanced hearing, should allow him to weed out what is real and what is not.

People voting for option one are either DCEU haters or just damn stupid.
