No way MCU Spider man is beating Hulk. Honestly, it all depends on the plot but realistically speaking, Spider man can't and doesn't have what it takes to beat him.

Honestly I've seen quite a few people try to say Spider-Man is stronger than Cull Obsidian, overpowered him the easiest and has Hulk level strength(that's honestly the Russos fault for saying it though).

If the movie takes place under the Russos than Spider-Man would indeed beat the Hulk, only to get beaten by Captain America.

He should but that's only when removing the factors of WIS and PIS. Spider-Man struggles greatly to even compete with Cap whereas Spider-Man vs Hulk just depends on the writer(honestly he seems to struggle with Captain America more than he does with stronger heroes. Probably because Cap has better plot protection than even Spider-Man).

Also Hulk would already have his hands full with Thor and someone like Iron Man depending on the armor. Sentry on his own(if he's in the roster) would solo Hulk. Hulk really only thrashes an overall mid-tier(street) roster of avengers while they don't even want to fight him on top of that. You would need something like World War Hulk for him to legitimately solo avengers.

@lilbroomstick: Honestly I don’t think any of the standard, classic Avengers are even a threat to the Hulk besides Thor. Thor can potentially solo Hulk but he would need to be at the very top of his game that day.

So for Hulk to solo The Avengers all he has to do is get Thor out of there early, which is entirely possible. If Thor makes a wrong move, he could get his skull cracked open very quickly. We saw that in Immortal Hulk. I’m not saying Hulk would do this to Thor every time, but IF he does get Thor out of there early, the rest of the team is a cakewalk. Iron Man is the next strongest guy and he’s just not a match for the Hulk IMO.

This all changes if the team has someone OP like Sentry.

Maybe if it’s Hulk just seconds after performing the Snap and Spider-Man is going all out. Would still bet on Hulk though

@the_hajduk: If Thor uses his versatility and powers he should take a comfortable a majority over Hulk. It's only due to Thor attempting to turn it into a slugfest that Hulk will edge out over him.

Iron Man has done well in Inconclusive fights quite a bit and can even occasionally beat him or come close. Iron Man had did well when he fought a Thanos controlled Hulk in his Bleeding edge armor. Even later when he downgraded to Model 42 modular tech he gave indestructible Hulk a good fight and could somewhat slug it out with a bloodlusted Abomination coming for Hulk(Captain Marvel had failed to stop this guy and he gave Hulk some trouble as well).

Hulk has beaten both of them before. I don't think the instances of an unusually angry Doc Green fighting Iron Man who wasn't properly prepared in a car armor he had on short notice or Immortal Hulk beating up golden hammer Thor are very fair to use though. I think of normal Hulk as something like Savage or Indestructible.

My point is that Iron Man in one of his better armors(like bleeding edge which I consider at least pseudo Thor-level) and normal Worthy Thor working together should be able to beat Hulk unless they fight terribly stupid.

Sentry would be needed to take on the stronger versions of Hulk though.

@battle123axe: Aww I don't do CaVs for now. Although tbh I don't see Iron Man taking any realistic majority against Hulk in anything less than a non-jobbing Endo-sym since that should be strong enough to beat Hulk before he gets too angry. Model Prime would also be as good if it wasn't such a considerable jobber. Barring those two suitssay Tony could probably take a few wins. Hulk is just too hard to put down.

The MCU and cartoons are where Iron Man can really be on equal footing with Hulk mainly due to not having so many poor showings against Hulk like his comic counterpart does

Considering we've seen enough of Spider-Man to know what he is capable of I just can't really imagine a situation where he would be able to take down the Hulk. Even if Spider-Man was unhinged I just can't picture him really beating Hulk. He's definitely far from seasoned when it comes to combat and has occasionally displayed that he isn't the most practical thinker.

Also Hulk has displayed having incredible feats of durability, strength, and striking power that I don't think Spider-Man matches by a mile.

By Russos' intent and Cull feats, he gives him a fight (but would certainly lose). Comparing rest of his feats from CW/solo movies, and Hulk one-shots.

Honestly, in my opinion, the best chance MCU Spider-Man would have against Hulk at all is if this is Gray Hulk/Joe Fixit he's up against, but even then I'm not too sure if he can successfully take the guy down and if he can would he have sustain injury after the fight?

That's why Thanos was able to send him flying like a little todler several times and one shotted him with minimum effort more than once . He even compared Spidey to an insect for crying out loud and Thanos isn't even more than twice as strong as Hulk.

Hulk should be atleast several times as strong as Peter judging by Thanos scaling but by feats the gap is WAY bigger ( Russos vastly overestimate Spidey so they made his perfomance against Thanos much better than it should be )

However , because Spiderman is way more appealing than the Hulk , he would be written to be stronger if they ever fight on screen . But right now , by feats , Hulk can one shot him .

@luminoushydra: We should be glad that the Russos at the very least still showed that Thanos managed to overpower and beat spiderman with much more ease than when he did it with Thor and Hulk which implies that they are much stronger than Peter is.

Even though Peter wasn't potrayed to be way too powerful by the Russos , I still think they overestimated him quite abit ( realisticly he shouldn't have been able to move Thanos at all since Thanos is suppose to be far above Hulk and Thor in durability , Thor literally no sold getting dragged through hundreds of feets of metals and explosions that busted massive Outriders drop ship for crying out loud while Spiderman got bodied by a bullet train and some cars being smashed at him even at his peak )
