@ldm: Doubt it. Assuming that tank is full of water.

Oh hell no.

Just guesstimating, but that tower had to be around 50 tons. And that's without ripping apart the concrete.

That version of Cap was so randomly overpowered. You can take every other version of Cap and put them together and they wouldn't replicate that feat.

Oops.. accidentally voted yes.

Luke can never replicate that. Even with Jones.

But to be fair, This cap is ridiculously OP.

I didn't think there would be so many people who would actually believe that Luke can flip a 60 tons water tower embed in concrete ...

I calculated that water tower to be in the range of 20-25 tons but I'd have to say no. Maybe if he could get his hands underneath it with his back to it and use his legs to push off with. Then maybe.

@spambot: It should be much more than just 20-25 tons range, the wiki says that :

The rooftop water towers store 25,000 to 50,000 litres (5,500 to 11,000 imp gal) of water until it is needed in the building below. The upper portion of water is skimmed off the top for everyday use while the water in the bottom of the tower is held in reserve to fight fire. When the water drops below a certain level, a pressure switch, level switch or float valve will activate a pump or open a public water line to refill the water tower.

The episode shows there was enough water to flood the entire building, so it is probably more or less around 50,000 litres. That is the equivalence to 55 tons of water, adding the raw weight of the tower itself and it should be around 60 tons or so, not to mention the fact that it is embed in concrete

@ldm: Well I was going off estimations of its size from the gif. If we want to go off a wiki then go ahead and use that weight. It doesn't really matter to me. There's no real guarantee that a size off a wiki can be used as canonical for that cartoon.

MCU Luke is pretty strong. From what I've seen of him now he seems capable of lifting the tank but in terms of replicating the feat, maybe. MCU Luke seems to be based off his first incarnation in terms of strength being able to lift about 10 to 25 tons. Comic book Luke would do this hella easy though being able to lift 50 tons

Guy struggled to lift rubble in S1, in S2 he might be stronger but nowhere near enough for this feat.

Jessica hops up onto the building and throws a car at it, thus destroying the water tower.

But seriously luke Cage cannot do this. But I do think luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Captain America, The Winter soldier, And Spider-Man might be able to pull it off.

Or scarlet witch can just fly up there and solo the tower effortlessly with TK.

If that's 50 tons or so, Luke can't do it. He's not there yet in the strength department.
