Can Juudara use PS (Perfect Susanoo)?

@juubidara: If Madara loses both his EMS eyes, he can still use Susanoo? Because I'm pretty sure Nagato never had EMS, and JuubiMadara was using Nagato's Rinnegan eyes, not his own. So he can still use Susanoo even without his own eyes? It's quite hard to track considering the fact the dude literally has an obsession in stealing people's eyes.

You do Know PS is an EMS ability, not a Rinne-Sharingan ability she only had the Byakugan and Rinne-Sharingan so she can't use PS since she doesn't have Madara EMS nor Rinnegan lol.

Since this is a "what could happen" question, this what-if scenario is good enough imo given no contradictions with canon.

I feel like he should be able to. Rinnegan is just an even more evolved Sharingan, right? Meaning it ofc keeps the precog and the Susano'o, especially considering Sasuke used his Sharinnegan to cast Amaterasu on Jigen instead of using his ems.

Amaterasu was always an Ems ability, but Sasuke uses his sharinnegan to cast it, suggesting sharinnegan has ems properties(which makes sense since the rinnegan is an evolved sharingan, and sharinnegan is like an evolved rinnegan). But we never saw Sasuke or Madara cast Susano'o with it.

Although in the Jigen fight Sasuke used Susano'o, but he only had his 3-tomoe rinnegan activated. Suggesting he used his Sharinnegan for that, or just might be some kind of error.

You do not need to possess MS/EMS to activate the Susanoo. The Susanoo is a more general based ability of the MS where once MS is attained, Susanoo is permanently available. Other abilities like the Amaterasu, Flame control, Kamui, still require an MS.

Yes, but pis, wis, or cis nerfed him from using 95% of his arsenal. It's like how adult Naruto can still use his teen self's jutsus (except TSB), but plot or the writer forgetting nerfs him. He did use it UNS4, but that's not canon. Plus he used susanoo while blind, while with rinnegan active, and with 1 rinnegan eye, don't see why a stronger Madara can't use susanoo as there's nothing in the story that tells us otherwise.
