Can Ichigo or Naruto Perform These Feats

A better question should be "Can Goku perform these feats" but to answer the question, Ichigo casually does it and Naruto does it with some diff

Obviously, this guy thinks he's doing something, but everyone knows he isn't.

He thinks that AP is DC, and that you must destroy a planet to be planet level.

To demonstrate how silly this is, I'll construct an allegory with a character named Timmy.

Let's say this is Timmy's only feat. Did Timmy destroy a planet? No he didn't. Is he planet level? Yes he is, or most likely.

Are scaling and statements important? And if they aren't, why aren't they?

By your own admission, no one except Zeno in DBS is universal or anywhere close to it, considering no one has even destroyed a galaxy, only been stated to. Galaxy level is billions of times, even trillions of times weaker than universe busting, far less than the difference between multi-continental and planet level, FAR less.

Also, Cell can’t be Solar System level, no one before him even destroyed a star, and the difference between Star and Solar System level is trillions of times. FAR greater than the disparity between multi-continental and planet level. Is this true?
