Hokage Naruto is in his prime so if you scale up his feat from the Last or Shippuden to match his age then I guess he could do it (not really sure). But if you take the feat from Boruto then No he has 0 chance

Can you be a bit mode specific? He can life wipe, that I'm confident about. Will he be shattering or atomizing a planet with a single attack or even multiple attacks? Prolly not.

His best feats in terms of destructive would be small country level at best.

No, naruto isn't close to planet level. The best destructive feat in naruto shown was moon slice, which is far below moon bust, and you need to be able to bust 50 moons to bust the earth. So no naruto is no where near planet level. By scaling since base naruto one punched toneri, he could be moon level in dc, which is far greater than moon slice.

It says the earth (small letter e) or "Daichi" meaning the land or area, not the planet Earth (capital letter E) or "Chikyuu".

That means toneri is moon buster and not Naruto. Naruto has not shown offensive capabilties anywhere near toneris moon slicer. Crap agument. Feat for toneri and Naruto blocking it does not mean he is moonbuster.
