Can Dr Strange use magic without his hands or mouth?

I’ve heard that Dr. Strange only uses hand gestures for dramatic flare but when Hulk broke them he just did the dumbest thing like using Zom, somebody much more powerful and dangerous than Hulk. So can Strange use magic without his hands, also why didn’t Wong heal his hands?

He can still use plenty of spells and magic with just a thought like illusions, transmutation, teleportation, telepathy, shields, etc. It's usually his more powerful spells that require incantations and gestures.
