@nightmare52: Based on the fact that Arrow has done absolutely nothing to say he is even close to this Bat reflexes wise. So the people who vote for him either overestimate him too much or just plane stupid to not understand the difference between dodging an arrow and dodging something that is over twice its speed

It absolutely is, Someone tried to shoot both of them from behind and in both instances the bullet was dodged.
I'd actually argue that Oliver's feat was more impressive because Oliver had NO idea the shooter was behind him until the lightning flash while Batman likely knew and was probably timing that dodge.
As silly as CW Arrow wank gets, you're completely downplaying a legit feat.

Really? Both dodged the bullet that was fired from behind them, Batman proceeds to throw a baterang which I don't think Arrow could do but I honestly believe Arrow's feat was more impressive, for one the gun that was fired was silenced, even though silenced guns aren't completely silent if you watch the actual clip you hear thunder going of as the gun goes off meaning Oliver had no way of knowing that he was being shot at.
