He is not going to come back as Captain America because he's done with the MCU. And I really don't see the issue considering the number of celebrities that have been involved in all kinds of scandals, many of whom are, or have been, part of Marvel Studios.

It's really not a big deal, most people seem to just laugh and defend him more than anything, I've seen no one genuinely bothered. It'll be forgotten in less than a week.
