Can Batfleck move his neck in his new costume?

In The Dark Knight Returns comic, his mask is more cloth like - and he can rotate his head. This does not seem to be the case with the new suit for BvS.

The design looks like it has a short neck.

Of course he can, but only after it has been snapped!

It's already been confirmed he can turn his head. I think it'd be a step backwards if they made a costume where he can't after the Nolan films were able too.

Is that he real costume? It looks photoshopped.

Yeah, I bet he can. It might look weird, though, making the rubber-type material bend that way.

From what I've heard though, he can.
