It's not about strength that gives to access to lift the hammer it means you have something special in you
And other way you can lift the hammer is if you are a machine since there is a no rule on them that's why vision managed to lift it

LOL.
@mrnihal: not joking how you think vision can lift Thor's hammer
@supermanthor: He was 5min old, give it a break.

I know he's a machine.I was going for carol.Maybe she's a machine too.
@mrnihal: ok
Yeeeeeah, in Space doesn’t count
Hilarious, lmao
We don't even know her personality in the Mcu yet... So lets wait and see... Captain Marvel from the comics can't lift live action and comics Mjolnir*...
* Mjolnir before all of Aaron's stupid retcons...

Whedon himself said that The Vision lift Thor's hammer because he STILL was a pure soul... And even if he didn't said it, A.AoU narrative puts a lot of emphasis on the importance of lifting Thor's hammer, every once in a while i see users claim what you said, and that is like not understanding some crucial but simple plot points of the mentioned movie, the reason why Vision kept the Mind stone was because he was worthy of the hammer...
And lift Mjolnir its NOT really about having something special in you, its about having specific personality and identity traits that at the eyes of Odin make you worthy, in live action this is not so well developed but in the comics before the whisper it was about (more or less) you being...
- Pure Soul
- Unshakable belief
- Warrior Spirit
- Withstanding
- Honor in Battle
- Nobility
- Self-Sacrifice
- Selfless
- Humility
- Fight for those who can't
- Willing to kill if necessary
To me, this is just her thinking her character is worthy. She's stanning hard for her character, I get it. I don't think we'll see Mjolnir again and I don't think she'll actually lift it.
She's trolling, the best part is, she may be trolling with the truth actually, I can already imagine the boards if she defeats Thanos by weilding Mjollnir and Stormbreaker lol

I hope this happens lol.
It doesn't really matter, Larson doesn't have a lot of input there and Mjolnir is destroyed anyway. I seriously doubt the writers would agree with her statement.
Brie Larson is so annoying to the point where I hope her movie bombs shes worse than Jennifer Lawrence hell I'd rather her, Larson is so bad
Next three interviews:
Captain Marvel can undeniably break Vibranium.
Captain Marvel can indisputably overpower Stormbreaker.
Captain Marvel is stronger than Dormammu and would overpower the Decimation.

Yep, I see a Mary Sue already.
I wanted to support her but that seems to be the case.
@mimisalome: Strength doesn't mean you can lift Mjolnir. You have to be worthy.

Well yeah.
But since Danvers is a "planet mover" maybe she is "lifting" (moving) the planet instead of the Mjolnir.

...I think you have just broken the system. But in all seriousness, people usually mean lifting Mjolnir by picking it up off of the ground. Not by moving the entire planet.
I don't know a single thing about Carol's character or her potential "worthiness", so I'll just take it as the actor making statements hyping up the character's abilities and her movie in general.
@mister_surreal: she doesn't even know what she is talking about for sure?
This is coming from someone who doesn't know the backstory and requirements for lifting the hammer, this is basically as valid as a fans opinion so I wouldn't take it seriously it's just her opinion.
@supermanthor: Who are you referring to?
@mister_surreal: Brie Larson
@supermanthor: Right, don’t be too hard on her most MCU actors don’t know diddly squat about comic books.
