Even if WB sold dc to Marvel/Disney I don't think a shared universe would result from it. I think you'd just have writers writing for both companies simultaneously.

Well first off having Superman in the same movie as Ironman would shatter records. But still wouldn't make a more money then shitty romantic films........

They would turn Superman into an unfunny moron (AKA Thor) which would be worse than the Superman we have now.... Overall the quality would admittedly rise, albeit more generic. It would be fun seeing a Spider-man/The Flash teamup or Captain Marvel/Wonder Woman team and Captain America dropping Superman.

We wouldn't get a shared comicbook universe. Just a lot of Marvel and D.C. Crossing over into the other universe stories that would be canon....

I mean they would have to do a complete and utter reboot for the comics to work. As far as the movies go, Disney would kill all of the dc movies, wait 10 years and totally reboot the D.C. movieverse.

Maybe the D.C. Writers could teach the Marvel ones how to write comicbooks???
