Naruto could've gotten pissed and killed her way sooner.

Anyway, good chapter. But after everything that's happened, it's fair to assume they nerfed ma boi Naruto. I tried to defend it but nahhh. In this chapter, they claim Naruto was "getting tired"... Then turn around later on in the chapter and talk about how endless his chakra was. If he wasn't low on chakra, why they have him huffing and puffing? ? Naruto, this chapter, got fully serious and killed her. My problem with that is, if he was jobbing the previous chapters and he was seen to still rival/combat Delta in H2H, why has nothing changed when he got serious? She shouldn't have been able to hit him.

I've tried to defend this but I just can't bruh. If you try and don't succeed, sit tf down and go home. The motto I live by.

The fight was pretty lame, with the same repetitive taijutsu sequence and many PIS moments like Kawaki intercepting that beam.

So, Delta has Naruto level physicals, but no ninjutsu.

That destructive beam is her only saving grace, along with decent ninjutsu absorption and mid-tier regeneration. Also her durability seems to be above even fused Momoshiki as she was not disintegrated by RSM Naruto's Cho Cho Odama Rasengan. Lol

And now it seems like Naruto is aware of Jigen and is going to hunt him down. Hopefully, Jigen has some nice hax abilities and is not as stupid as Delta.

I've been trying to tell people Delta > Fused Momoshiki. Even after I showed the scan where Sasuke states Kara members have power similar to the level of Otsutsuki, so it shouldn't have been surprising she's as strong as she was.

But Kawaki intercepting that beam wasn't PIS. He jumped before the beam fired. Not after.

And Momoshiki wasn't disintegrated by that rasengan. All we saw was it go to space and explode. We don't know if his body's out there floating or what.

Tree-level lasers

This fight doesn't tell us much other than Delta is in par with a fully cloaked Naruto in taijutsu.

It was a weird way to end the fight he could have done that at any time.

And yet again it's called "light" hopefully they give us a data book.

@ourmanuel: Those lasers are not about DC in the first place. They just neglect durability to a certain extend and nullify the ability to regenerate. Basically, a watered down version of ash killing bones.

So they're still calling that attack a beam of light then? If that's the case I'm going to start using the feat.

So that's either bad writing (Kawaki didn't die) or they have nice AP.

Either way the author shot himself in the foot having Kawaki intervene in this fight nothing adds up now.

@ourmanuel: Kawaki was nothing more than PIS, considering Naruto actually has feats to suggest he could react to it and they repeatedly call the attack a beam of light. As for their AP I'm not sure yet, I doubt they're tree level but it really doesn't matter because even if they were multi-mountain it wouldn't kill Naruto anyway.

Also she wants him to get into point-blank range to have a greater chance of hitting him with that light attack, which suggests she believes that Naruto can react to it and dodge it consistently.

@fullmetalemprah: I agree that kawaki outrunning it can be chalked up to PIS, but there’s also the problem of Himawari reacting after it was fired. Also, if that beam was truly intended to kill naruto, then how do you explain:

1) the tree level damage lol

2) kawaki surviving it with only a destroyed arm.

Correcting both myself and you but, isn't it more WIS than PIS? The writer is constantly saying it's "light" and he says it can kill Naruto, then has Kawaki react to it and tank it.

More info we should look at, Kawaki's body belongs to Kara that's what Delta said so it's possible he's also a ninja Droid and he's also on Delta's level.

Also this should be undeniable proof of Naruto being LS/FTL now, it's been stated multiple times now.

Kawaki is merely a vessel, his body belongs to the organization so wouldn't it be fair to assume Kawaki's body was made on par with the other Kara members?

I liked how Naruto finished her, that spiral crater on the ground with her being fodderised was satisfying, though it really could have been more impactful. I'd also gotten sick of the taijutsu fight, but otherwise a decent, generally enjoyable chapter

Honestly I don't think he's quite on that level yet, mainly because I can't see him lasting a second against Naruto at all, even if he was holding back. This would just be incredulity but iirc Kawaki was basically in awe of Naruto's power when he first met him, while Delta actually put up a decent fight for the most part.

The attack is clearly one based on potency and not DC. It makes no sense for Naruto to dodge the attack at all if it's only truly tree level in power, even if I were to downplay his energy durability to something absurd like mountain level.

Afaik Hima never reacted to it. I can check the scan again but I just remember her screaming for help or something along those lines.

When I said Kawaki was PIS/WIS, I was including the damage done to him. Then again his body is apparently special so who knows?

@tetsukage: Honestly, him being an android specifically made to fight Naruto and Sasuke might explain a lot, particularly how he's able to defeat them later on. As for him going rogue, it sounds like they've already thought about him making that choice and have a way to force him to return to Kara, since he apparently can't heal on his own.

@fullmetalemprah: yeah I'm sad that we didn't get to see Delta's Karama mark, I'm hoping we see more of this "Ninja Droid" stuff and I wouldn't mind Naruto having a ninja tool arm that absorbs chakra that would add some nice hax to his kit.

And Kawaki being designed for Sasuke and Naruto would make more sense than a random power creep that put him on their level.

@tetsukage: Kawaki got hit on his enlarged modified arm, not his torso. So it makes sense that he won't die.

Also, I said it is a watered down version of ash killing bone since it doesn't affect the entire body but disintegrates just the area of incidence like gudoudama.

The taijutsu sucked, but I had a different problem.....WHAT THE FUCK WAS WRONG WITH THE RASENGAN, for reals. I want the old one back.

What a boring chapter, stuff like this should be weekly.

I do enjoy seeing Naruto get pissed. Maybe we will finally see his body count exceed 1 ?‍♂️

No. Kawaki was more than certain that he couldn't beat Delta. Not only that, he couldn't even outrun a base Naruto. At least as it stands, he can't compete with any of the other Kara members. Except that one robot dude he nearly died killing.

@fullmetalemprah: He didn't react to it. He just put his hand in front of Himawari. And him tanking it may not be PIS, it hit his arm. And his arm is still gone. So it looks like the beam did its job.

Guys, I think is pretty soon to assume that Delta's Beams are Light speed. Let's way for confirmation from some official source such as the Databook though.

BTW, I don't really think Naruto killed her, is not really IC for him to kill people even though they are dangerous. But who knows ? Let's see, I would say that this chapter and the other 3 ones merely confirmed that Delta is really close to an Otsutsuki Level since she was keeping up with KCM and SPSM Naruto for a long period, so she most be far stronger than any version of Naruto Pre-Six Paths Amp in the War Arc.
