Best villains. DCEU or the entirety of the FOX-verse.

X Men. DCEU have Zod and Faora and that's it. X Men has Stryker, Mystique, Magneto, Ajax ect.
While no X man villain tops Zod overall they have more good villains.

Ajax was Malekith level at best...
Mwahaha we have Lex Luthor. Yes I like Lex, sorry I suck :)
Deadshot, Quinn,, Zod & Faora seal the deal.
Either Magneto, Cox´s Striker, Shaw, OG Mystique..

The sins of Hitler are more forgivable IMO

2 of those are anti heroes dude, come on. And while Zod is a great villain, Faora is a great hench person.
Unless I’m forgetting someone, magneto is the only great villain FOX has.
For the DC films, I’d say their best villain is...Zod? He was entertaining, but with only one movie worth of screen time, he comes off as one-dimensional compared to Magneto.
Look, to each their own and what they want in a villain but I gotta speak out on what Zod's point as a character was. It's not the range of emotions but the reason in his being and goal that make him a compelling character. In fact, that lack of range of emotion is what makes him so great, because it highlights the kind of society Krypton, his alien background and his title of general. IMO, he's an even better villain than Thanos. Because while Thanos does have a range as a character. he's just a well acted character. He's still in a way a megalomaniac who thinks he's doing the best for the universe. Now if you break down Zod, he's the same but it's at hte core of why he's that way that makes him a better take on that. He's the product of centuries of Krypton's genetic tampering and breeding to be the best Solider/general he could be. Heck, he was tied to Krypton's old ways and because of it was destined to die while Clark went on to live. That inability to change led to his very down fall. Him fighting Clark to the death was his way staying true to his Kryptonian patriotism. Either way he was going to win in the end. He'd either avenge his people or die a hero.
My point is that he's very much like Killgrave. Both are common villain models but the twist of how they came to be is what sets them apart from everyone else.
EDIT- I also like to say that I liked Zod's reserved nature. He held back his emotions and tried to keep himself composed. Only really ever breaking out in an occasional shout of anger to get something. But something like Crying or mourning a friend wasn't an option for him.

Ajax was a good villain. Nothing special but he was good.

Ajax was Malekith level at best...
Ajax knew what he was and was just an unapologetic douche. It doesn't make him a compelling or great villain, but he worked for the movie he was in as a straight man to Deadpool's insanity

Well, yeah, I'm not saying he didn't work in the context of the film. But he definitely was by no means a good villain. His motivations were barely fleshed out, he never got a significant amount of screen time, he seldom did anything that would make him intimidating, etc.
Yellow Jacket and Kaecilius both worked in Ant-Man and Doctor Strange, it didn't make them good villains though.

He was just a douche who was about making money, that's it, that's all you need. He's the prick kid from John Wick who killed his dog and stole his car. He's not supposed to be this major threat, just a prick who messed with the wrong person. The dynamic between him and DP is what made him at the very least funny.
I don't know anything about YJ since I haven't seen Ant-Man, but as for that magic dude from Strange, I'd say the difference is that they tried to give him a generic reason for being a villain and trying to sympathize with him. He was lazy. They never tried to make you care about Ajax or think he had some grand purpose.
@saintwildcard: I'm just making the point just because he got the job done doesn't make him less forgettable.
Magneto is better than the entirety of the DCEU.
The DCEU Literally has 1 good villain this isn’t even a contest.
Y’know what ?...Erik does solo
Magneto solos.
