Cap. Solely based off its function to absorb kinetic energy. Allows Cap to tank stuff that is way out of his pay-grade. He has defensive feats as good or better Diana's despite being several tiers below her in physicality.
I'd personally take Cap's shield cause I like it better but they have similar feats. They've blocked attacks from stronger opponents Thor w/Mjolnir and Doomsday.
It would have been cool if Cap had shielded himself against the power gem instead of Ironman shielding himself.
Put it this way, Wonder Woman's shield is a high- tier piece of gear, for a high-tier character. Although Diana got smashed in the face by Doomsday (which shows just how good her durabilty is) her shield also stood up to the test against his hit's, and HV. This is up against Caps shield, which got destroyed by Thanos, someone who is leagues below Doomsday is stats. I know which one i would pick

Fanfiction. They were so far away from the epicenter of that blast, that it couldn't even kill Lois and Batman. Even if DD's emissions were > Mjolnir, Mjolnir was a direct hit. Trying to scale WW's shield as if she faced the full power of the explosion lol
Tough call. I side with Cap because it has the added perk of absorbing kinetic energy which is a big help. What is the point of blocking powerful attacks if you are being flung 100 miles away
Captain America's feats don't count. He's using a shield that absorbs kinetic impact. That's like using the Iron Man armor as a measure of Tony Stark's durability.
Diana's wielding a potentially magic shield while also being a god herself, Cap is a low level superhuman with a shield so good that fact doesn't matter against people way beyond even Diana's tier.
