Better Director - James Cameron or Ridley Scott

I've preferred the films Ridley Scott has made but Cameron is the better director.

Eh probably James, but it’s close. If anything, James has def had more impact on film making than Ridley

Ridley. Blade Runner and Hannibal are better than any Cameron's film I've watched.

I'd say Ridley Scott.

Blade Runner and Alien are better than anything Cameron's done.

Ridley due to Blade Runner and Gladiator. Cameron is a great director too and Terminator 2 is better than anything Ridley has made but his other movies aren’t that good compared to T2.

James has 3 of the best movies ever made on his resume. Aliens, Terminator 2, and Titanic covers every basis that ridley can't touch. Alien, Gladiator, and blade runner doesn't hold a candle to those. He also has tons of dud movies that absolutely sucks. Cameron doesn't really have the misses that Ridley does.
