GMO Batman, loved Brubaker's Cap so much but Morrison's legacy is on another level which is made doubly impressive by the fact that Batman already had definitive runs and writers even before Grant. So Grant had a taller order to climb.

I like to play Devil's Advocate. I personally believe making Bucky the Winter Soldier is the most genius thing in modern comics. That alone will get my vote.

Well, both runs are incredible and legendary. However, Morrison had more runs to overcome, while Brubaker had 2 or 3 runs to better.
