Better Cinematography: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice or Thor: Ragnarok?

Easily 'Batman v Superman'.

This is not even comparable. As much as I love Ragnarok, BvS is better at visuals and cinematography

Honestly, Ragnarok had better shots IMO.

BVS

Ragnarok had maybe 4 to 5 good shots and they stick out like a sore thumb when compared to the rest of the movie.

BvS was consistently amazing to look at while having a bunch of stand out shots. These 2 being my favorites.
