Better character: Griffith or Geralt of Rivia?

Bump.

Griffith. Geralt is an edgy Gary Stu. If you want a truly well written character in fantasy fiction, look no further than Severian from Book of the New Sun.

Griffith is probably more nuanced. Geralt in the books and also Witcher 3 is great though.

Define "better." As to who I like more, it depends on my mood.
