Better Actor: Philip Seymour Hoffman or Joaquin Phoenix?

Both phenomenal and two of the greatest actors of all time. Phoenix is better by a hair.

They both should've won Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor for The Master.

@skywalker95: Hey! Do you think that Hoffman was better in "The Master" ?

He was amazing and killed his role but Phoenix was truly something else in that film. Both were robbed of an Oscar.

@skywalker95: I agree that he deserved the Oscar, he didn't deserve it for "Doubt" in my opinion. It's a shame that he died, I really liked him in Capote and the third Mission Impossible.
