Well, White Zetsu's are better than Naruto, this was seen during the War arc IIRC, and I don't see Mystique offering anything over the chakra users.

Lupin has no place here, he only turns into a werewolf, and doesn't even control it (never read books 6 and 7, might have changed but i doubt it)

Clayface, Mr. 2, Lady Devon and Leah I dont know, but from a quick search, Leah seems also just a WW so she's out.

So its White Zetsus for me, but one of the remaining 3 may be better than they.

Absolutely this^^^. Impy also had the ability to become complex working machinery and weaponry if I recall correctly. He was on a whole different level than simply what Mystique does for example.

I feel strong runners up should include:

1. Chameleon Boy (LSH): Also showed the ability to transform into some serious creatures, and having their abilities (such as increased size and strength, appendages, etc)
2. Martian Manhunter: has done some very cool things with his ability, i should dig up some scans for those (like when he decimated Ultra Man in the JLA Earth 2 Hardcover by Morrison/Quitely?)
3. Morph (especially Exiles run): Also did some very interesting transformations outside of humanoid replications (such as rockets, and even as bug spray once lol)

Ninja's aren't limited to people either, they have turned into objects multiple times, and IIRC they have turned into energy attacks too.

Ditto

From the list, maybe Clayface or Naruto since they can be both human and objects. Plus both of them can split apart or even make things awkward for people through display of power or antics and trickery.

Dosent Mystique copy even the finger prints?
