Best New Green Arrow Run: Lemire or Rebirth

Since the New 52 started Green Arrow has constantly had a comic, however very few runs were well received

Jeff Lemire had probably the best run of the New 52 mostly due to his ability to create new characters himself (Emiko, Fyff)

while with Rebirth, Ben Percy has been able to bring back characters that have been completely removed from Green Arrows life (Dinah, and now Roy)

What run did/do you prefer? is there another run you liked more?
