Nay. Captain America vs. ISIS. He was created to fight the Nazis, so let's see him take on the enemies of the free world again, not just one uncontroversial punching bag for populists after another. Throw in Punisher and Professor X and you have yourself a deeply conflicted team (necessity/prosecution balanced by compassion/reconciliation).
Besides, an army of brutal militants trying to carve out a vast Islamic State in a foreign land is waaay outside Parker's purview.
