Dont see the point in giving a spin off to a show that got cancelled, same logic applies to Gotham, didn't understand why its fans wanted a Penguin spin off with the same characters. Besides WB is already making a BOP film so the one property with the most potential is already off the table.
I think WB should start phasing out the CW shows year after year, they can cancel Legends in 2020, Supergirl in 2021, Flash after that and eventually Batwoman.

Exactly, Flash and Legends are already spinoffs from Arrow, so the show has plenty of legacy regardless. I also think you're right that Batwoman is gonna replace Arrow as the gritty street-level show for the universe. They set up both Oliver's end in Crisis and Batwoman's appearance in the same crossover, which definitely isn't a coincidence. I also just don't see Diggle, Emiko, Roy, Rene, Dinah, etc being able to hold down their own show. The only living character from Arrow who I think could support their own show is Deathstroke. The rest of the cast will probably just cameo throughout the other shows from time to time.
Batwoman is a great choice and they can have Arrow characters cross over with the batwoman show as well since it’s fits so well with the vibe of arrow Would love to see some more of Roy and Diggle
