Are there any powerful heroes or villians that use guns. (Read)

When i say powerful, i mean they themselves are physically powerful enough to take a hit from say someone as strong as hulk and not die (so anyone below juggernaut or wonder woman is basically out) without aid of a suit or machine. I'm curious if their are any heroes or villains that use guns or rifles that can effect guys like hulk, superman, etc that don't specifically shoot their weaknesses but the energies or plasma's fired from the weapons are just that strong.

Agreed, he is definitely not Hulk/Superman level for durability, and the scenes where he survives ridiculous shit is because of suit tech not his enhancements.

This is tougher than I thought, I was gonna suggest Bane but he usually abandons his guns pretty early on in fights, and even if he didn't those guns wouldn't do shit against top-tier metahumans. I think some people are forgetting both factors OP requested, either metahuman-effective guns or metahuman durability without tech. No one really has OP guns.

Would Orion fit? His Astro-Harness isn't quite a gun, but it does fire energy-based projectiles, and those are enough to hurt new gods.
