According to the VFX artist she is:

- 2 miles long (length of multiple aircraft carriers end to end)

- Aquaman is roughly as big as her iris

@heatforce: no it didn't look that big , probably 500m long.

@triplek: we got a source my man. 2 miles long compared to multiple aircraft carries end to end per the vfx artist. We need the blue ray to scale but this is artist intent confirmed.

@tyger: Apparently it was. This comes from the VFX artist who built it to scale. Now mind you when they say end to end they are also including the tenticals most likely.

I don't remember it looking that big in the movie. Movie's presentation sometimes overrides artistic intent.

The concept art certainly doesn't show a 2 mile long figure. 2 miles is over 10,000 feet. Arthur should be 6"4 given Jason Mamoa's height. Meaning Karathen should be roughly 1700 times the length of Arthur. Even just a cursory glance at the concept art shows us that it is not the case. So either CGI in the movie doesn't follow the scale of the concept art (though it looks like it does), or the VFX director doesn't really math. Somethings gotta give.

@alavanka: well the concept art came from twitter so it may not be drawn to scale via what the vfx team used? Blue ray to confirm but it's still a nice statement.

I don't remember even getting a full shot of this creature in the movie so it's possible.

You shouldn't show that picture and say it was 2 miles long, that looks like it's 500 meters at best, when you compare it to a human.

A bit more proof regarding her size. The atlantean jets look smaller than her teeth:

Now this may not he a one-to-one comparison but look how big the jets are compared to Godzilla and Ghidorah in this gif (godzilla stands 350 FT)

Still need to wait for blueray for better images to scale from but we can't rule out her size being around what the vfx artist said.

no if karathen is 2 miles long then it is bigger than surtur.mcu surtur is shorter than 2 miles.
