Anyone else think the kid from Gotham portrays the best Bruce Wayne?

@morleericks: As far as live action goes...it's a fair argument. Affleck is stiff imo, and I was wholly unimpressed by Clooney and Kilmer. I'm kinda indifferent towards Keaton's Wayne either (not those movies, just his particular parts as Bruce Wayne). I probably like Bale's the most, but I think people forget that this kid isn't Batman yet, and he's done a pretty good job showing certain character traits that will develop further once he's an adult (or rather, when Bruce is an adult). He's intelligent, meticulous, relentless in his search of information, surprisingly mature, pretty decent at manipulating people/situations, and he has a firm set of morals. At the same time, he can be reckless, petulant, naive, etc. If Gotham was a better show, I think he'd get a bit more credit.

I don't know about best, but yeah, I think he's doing a great job.

I won't say he's the best, but he definitely a great portray of Bruce at this age, or at least how I'd imagine.

He's good, but his lack of skill makes his determination dangerous. He just got kidnapped.. again.

Well, he's the best kid Bruce. Bale's kid Bruce was a whiny loser, Keaton's was a chubby kid with no lines and Affleck's had a stupid Justin Beiber haircut.

Gotham's Bruce is decent, but that actor will probably never play adult Bruce. Even if he did, it seems like he'll never look imposing enough with his super skinny frame.

If you don't count voice actors, he barely has any competition. I don't think a lot of batman's writers have cared about the Bruce Wayne half of his character since Miller's success with the Dark Knight Rises. Since then, Bruce has commonly used as a plot device to move Batman to his next objective.

Definitely the best child Bruce (although there's not much competition in that field) but not overall best. That's Christian Bale.

He's pretty good. His current arc is very interesting.

i love him as bruce he is getting there then again he has the most screen time as bruce so its hard to say how well fleshed out the other ones could have been if they had a tv show instead of a couple of movies

IMO, season 3 was a slight dip in quality from season 2, but season 4 is promising so far. Their version of Scarecrow is done great.

I think both he and the show are pretty bad to be honest. I check in on it every now and then and nothing's ever really made me think any different. 4X01 was probably the best I've seen it. I quite liked Selina in that episode.

Affleck and Bale were/are both much better in my opinion.

The recent scene with him and Selina was one of the best depictions of comic Bruce Wayne I've ever seen.

Haven't seen any of the newest season cuz I'm waiting to binge, but he's a great actor and I really like his Bruce Wayne!
