Ant Man Movie Test Footage Finally Hits The Net

So somebody recorded the Ant Man test footage that was apparently shown off today.

Looks pretty cool if you ask me. Marvel might actually pull this off.

I liked the way the shrinking and growing was handled a lot. I really disliked the breathing it kinda gave it a gross vibe.

Uh...how is he able to beat up anyone while tiny? Shouldn't that decrease his muscle mass and therefore decrease his strength?

Awesome stuff! I have complete faith in Edgar Wright.

Hopefully Hank's a part of it.

by real world logic yeah, but than this wouldn't even be possible by those terms. According to certain marvel canons he retains his normal size strength even when shrunk.

But I wouldn't beat your head over it. It's not like Ironman really makes sense either

@spinningbirdcake: I'm not entirely sure myself. I just chalk it up to Pym figuring out how to retain muscle mass while at a diminished height. You could also just accept it too I do lol

Wow. That was badass.

Hmm. Wow. Surprisingly entertaining. The whole size-changing aspect and the proportionate strength-punching might actually make this a more entertaining movie. If they can finalize a cooler costume and infuse some comedy (because let's face it, the last thing Ant-Man needs to do is take itself too seriously), this might just work.

Who knows with the right writer and actor Hank Pym might be a likable character..... (More of a Scott Lang guy myself)

I've had high hopes for this since it was announced. I hope people can accept watching a movie about a character that people haven't really heard of and whose main gimmick is that he shrinks.

Ant man has always had a terrible terrible name, and that will steer viewers away. This clip was pretty cool tho.

Nah I thought I liked the idea of an ant man movie but I hate is stupid helmet and bright light as he shrinks in this.

I remember hearing similar complaints about Thor, prior to the character's own film being released. Most of those people had a full-course meal of crow soon after.
