Animated Deathstroke series trailer

So the CW Seed is producing an animated Deathstroke series and it looks amazing.

Wait, this isn’t canon to the Arrowverse, no?

Meh can I just get a live action Deathstroke movie instead please?

Its just a wanked out cartoon. Nothing looks interesting about the story or the character.

I would watch this. Could have gotten a better choice with voice actor. It sounds like Liam Neeson.

I'd rather watch it a million times over garbage like Flash

Honestly, I think a well done cartoon is often better than a live action show/movie. Animation gives a lot more freedom and there's less of a wall to overcome to connect the audience to the character and environment. I'm not seeing an actor pretending to be Deathstroke, I'm just seeing Deathstroke.
