No, there no evidence showing he can survive the complete destruction of his body like be vaporized or atomized. Mugetsu was never stated to be able to atomize. It just showed him being cut in half and he regenerated from that. Even than, being cut in half literally overwhelmed hygoku regeneration and forced him to de evolve to his shinigami state or base form.

A Bleach character have Mid-Godly regeneration who, by in turn, is leagues below Aizen who has fused himself with hogyoku

That would only apply if they were in HM. We seen monster aizen get devastated by mugetsu and it literally overwhelmed the hygoku forcing him to de eclvovled into his base form. There really no evidence to suggest that aizen can come back if he was vaporized into smoke let alone atomized via atomic destruction.

@bruhmomento: I acknowledge he may be able to come back, but an attack that overwhelmed hygoku regneration would leave him greatly damage to point of being incompatitated. We're he would not have the riatsu to continue the battle and may even KO. As we sewn this when kiske sealing only activated when aizen was greatly weakened and damaged.
