Accrate description of current Marvel Comics??

Heard on one of those youtube commenters video. Something like:

"A lot of folks are feeling like Marvel doesn't have many good writers and comics right now. This isn't really true. Marvel has a lot of good comics, the problem is none of them are what one would call their "flagship" titles. Their lesser known titles are better right now."

True. Nobody read Foolkiller which was awesome. Secret Warriors, Karnak etc

I think that's pretty accurate, though one fault on Marvel's part for this is that they don't always properly advertise their books, partially because they have so many current titles.

Like the New 52 showed, having a lot of books all at once (52 titles in that case) can actually hurt because the fans can't possibly afford to buy them all and thus have to be more selective. So lesser-knowns will be pushed to the side for the bigger titles that the fans are already familiar with, especially when the company only advertises the small titles once or twice before they announce four new titles that you absolutely must read or a new event book.

Pick up a damn comic and read it before you call out acct SJW nonsense. A reading list is provided below

Haven't read a lot of Marvel lately. Been reading these titles in trade:

• Weapon X
• X-Men Gold
• The Defenders
• Deadpool Secret Empire
• Uncanny Avengers

and what's your opinion of these books?

Nah just watch D&C so you can listen to him salivate over 2D breasts...

It's hit or miss for me. I'm still waiting for them to restore the X-Men to there former glory.

@manwhohaseverything: all pretty decent. Loved Duggan’s run on UA. I’ll have to see how the next writer does

@farkam: I watch his videos consistently and there’s much more substance to them than just that lol... I disagree with him on that particular opinion , but most of what he says is pretty spot on.

More concerned about being politically correct than telling good stories.
