A question about the CW Arrow.

So I just recently decided to start watching CW Arrow for the first time..I've gotten to S2:E16 so far, and I have to admit... the shows not bad. however, I'm starting to get annoyed, by all the constant flashbacks. so i ask, will this be an on going thing through the whole series? or will they end them at some point? This show reminds me of Lost with the constant flashbacks witch was one of the worst parts of that show(for me anyways)so I wanna know, will they continue..Do I really have to sit through 4 more season of this? and if so..do they at least get better?

Season 2 were the best flashbacks if you're annoyed with them you're not gonna be happy about the later seasons lmao
