A new crisis for DC in 2020

Apparently, with this new crisis DC will replace several "old characters" by new ones.

For exemple: Bruce Wayne will replaced by Luke fox (batwing)

Jonhathan kent will be the new superman

...etc

Well it's been a while a while since their last big Crisis event. One more was bound to happen. It's DC after all.

SMH do NOT make Luke Fox Batman, DC you first kill off Dick for Rick and now this.

This is basically ground work for diversity characters that will get introduce in thier movies 3 or 4 years later

If the rumors of the entire League being replaced are accurate, then DC is going full All-New All-Different Marvel.

To the surprise of exactly no one, Bendis is the common denominator. Looking forward to Hal-Kyle-John being replaced by Teen Lantern.

@magian: I was actually half-joking about Teen Lantern, I didn't know she's the one set to replace Hal or John in the League.

It's not really a question on whether I consider them successors or not, but rather what Bendis intends. And I was referencing established characters, Jessica and Simon haven't existed for more than 7 years (their debut was in 2014 and 2012, respectively). I also omitted Guy.

To properly answer, I'd definitely prefer Simon or Jessica to TL but I can't say I'm dazzled by either of them. Earth and sector 2814 having 6 Lanterns (+Bendis TL) is outright absurd already.

@morpheus_: Well I've only heard rumours about her being the one, nothing concrete so far but I wouldn't put something like this past him really. She is his creation after all.
