A guy who can see 2 minutes in the future is more powerful than most MCU characters?

Like I'm not saying he can beat clear superhuman+ characters like the hulk, thor and captain marvel but would he be able to beat the crap out of captain america, black widow, winter soldier, hawkeye, scarlett witch, black panther,okoye and so forth?

Take for example, Cris Johnson form the film next who basically has 2 minute pre-cog and can determine everyone movement before they actually do it.

Definitely not. Cap or Widow take this guy down pretty easily assuming he has no combat training. Even if he knows what they are going to do, that doesn't mean he can stop it.

We see this a lot in professional fights. Most of the time, fighters know exactly what their opponent is going to do, because they've studied their previous fights. Mike Tyson is a great example of this. He literally did the same thing in every single fight, people were prepared for it. They knew Tyson would come out bobbing and weaving and go straight for that right uppercut or hook. And guess what, nobody could stop it.

Hand to hand? Hard to say. With a gun? Most likely yes. Except for BP who's basically invincible.

He'd take down everyone who wasn't super human and maybe even some superhuman characters but he won't take down characters like Thor or Captain Marvel; even if he knows exactly what's going to happen he has no realistic way of hurting them.

Yeah he could beat most street tier characters that he can hurt. That guy could see countless possible futures are once to locate people so it's basically a low level Midnighter ability.

He couldnt do much H2H just because of the physical gap bit with a rifle he cleans up.
