Not much of a competition here. T'Challa from BP, by far. And comfortably.

It'd have been Iron Man for sure 100 percent if Thor hadn't made that Wakanda entrance.

This goes to him.

Aquaman by light years.

Thor literally failed as a hero in Infinity War.

He had the chance to one shot Thanos but he didn't because of hatred and revenge. He wanted Thanos to suffer. That's not, in anyway, heroic.

Also, Aquaman emerging from the ocean floor standing on top of Mary Poppins Kaiju Karathen and summoning all of the primitive sea creatures including the Trench is light years better superhero moment than Thor entrance in Wakanda.

Y’know what it comes down to Black Panther and Aquaman for me. This is close.

🤔

I think I’m going Aquaman. Momoa gave a solid charismatic performance, the movie certainly over performed when I’m sure most thought it wouldn’t do well (I know I did), and Warners was able to turn a character that outside of the comicbook community was the a$$ end of jokes into a bonifide bada$$

It was between Thor and Iron Man. But I'm going with Tony, as he's developed so much and yet once again, he is alone, with himself to blame for Spider-Man's death, you can clearly see he's in more pain than the others, Thor is angry but he's fearless and only thinking about killing Thanos. But the scene where Tony talks to Strange about how Thanos has been in his head for 6 years and he didn't know what to do was amazing, really emphasizes how he's only human and isn't built to take on people like Thanos.

BP is the ultimate scrub. He rightfully lost his one on one with Killmonger. Outside interference saved him. He also went on the blood mission for Klaw- the same type of mistake ppl are hating on Thor for, and he failed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but people blame Thor because, as a result of his lust for veangence, half of life in the universe ceased to exist. He commited the same sin as Peter did - emotions blinded him. T'Challa ain't perfect but his chase for Klaue didn't seem to have that much of an impact as Odinson's mistake.

He rightfully lost his one on one with Killmonger

How does it make him less heroic? Going against unfavorable odds is in fact a trait of a hero - even more so than steamrolling through every opponent.

@zepta_pon: Thor saved wakanda . His arrival changed the game saved call and BP and all the others yes that's called heroic. While he failed to one shot Thanos he did indeed save those that remain. And judging by all the reactions in the theater it was the best Entrance by far. Aquaman while cool didn't do anytime more heroic then anyone else

Thor unlike Peter and BP was Avenging half a race.
Regardless BP did not earn back the throne- he lost fair and square and should have become subservient to the throne. He had no rights to the BP powers after losing one on one, there is no way around that.

Wanda for me.

I feel like she’s underrated because of her lack of screen time, but her choosing and boosting enough courage to kill Vision, her only source of happiness at this point, in order to save everyone else feels like a greater sacrifice than anyone else did here.

Tony is also a great candidate. Black Panther would probably be my third.

I’m probably gonna get jumped for this, but for the most part, I feel like one of Thor’s greatest reasons for creating Stormbreaker was for revenge and his bloodlust. Not his most heroic film for me, honestly.

@phisigmatau:

Thor unlike Peter and BP was Avenging half a race.

It was a what I would call a cold-blooded vengeance. He hit Thanos and stood there for a long time instead of going for the gauntlet. Peter had a rush of anger after discovering the love of his life was murdered, and having lost a lot of people he deeply cared about, it's his vulnerable point. I put those two mistakes on the same level. You could say that they both defeated Thanos (Peter by devising a plan, Thor via stormbreaker) and they both failed afterwards.

I'm not sure why you even put T'Challa among them.

Regardless BP did not earn back the throne- he lost fair and square and should have become subservient to the throne. He had no rights to the BP powers after losing one on one, there is no way around that.

As I said, losing does not make him less heroic. Could you elaborate why do you think losing the challenge makes him less of a men?
