10. Absorbing Man-

He can absorb metal and turn his skin into metal, and shaoe his hand into, say, a hammer or knife. He could hit him in the head and dodge attacks long enough to wear down his stamina. Plus, the wrecking ball.

9. Hawkeye-

The arrow variety. Explosive, acid, adamantium and electric arrows.

8. Magneto-

Flight faster than Spider-Man can dodge attacks, force fields and magnetism, allowing him to throw multiple metal objects at Lizard

7. Porcupine-

The steel quills, smoke bombs and tear gas.

6. Puma-

Just as strong as Lizard and fast as Spider-Man, he could do some damage. Plus, he's got claws like Sabretooth and animal senses like Wolverine.

5. Captain Britain-

Flight, and energy blasts. He can dodge attacks long enough and injure him enough to revert him back

4. Beast-

Smarter and stronger than Lizard, and also has animal teeth.

3. Sentinel-

Flight, superhuman strength and missiles

2. Wolverine-

Skeleton and claws of adamantium, animal senses and is skilled enough to defeat Captain America and Iron Fist

1. Electro-

The electric power would just weaken him to near-death
