The "New Stories to Come" Thread

This is a thread for those who are planning to make a new Fan-Fic and want to post a summary of it and wish for peoples opinions on the story. I've noticed the many other threads where its for that single story, well might as well not bother with a new topic if you can come here! I'll start it off with a story I was thinking of myself

Transformers: Earths Hope(May change, thinking of a different name)

Optimus Prime and his fellow Autobots have made earth there home for years, protecting it from Megatron and his Decepticons. Finally, after many failed attempts to take it, Megatron decides to search the galaxy for new worlds that may contain Energon. When this is revealed to the Autobots, they decide it is time for them to go among the stars to search for their breathern. On their way there in space, the Autobots are ambushed on Mars by a group of Decepticons searching for Energon. Optimus and his crew win the battle and survive, but the ship becomes heavily damaged and crashes on Mars, sending the Autobots into a state of cryo lock. When the Autobots awaken, they fear the worst has happened to Earth in their abscence, not knowing how long it has been, and return to it after repairs. When landing on Earth, they find it in ruin... taken over by something called... Terminators. OR When they reach Earth, they find it shrouded in dark clouds, where machines rule the planet... and humans are their energy source

Obviously, I'm thinking of doing a story where the Transformers meet either Terminator or The Matrix. So give your thoughts on my project and which story may be better plz! :) (I'm putting The Crimson Bat on hold for those wondering)

This sounds like a good idea. I hope it works out.

As for your story idea, I've never really been that into Transformers, but it sounds like an interesting idea. I think a crossover with either one of those other properties would fit pretty well.

I'm thinking of an X-men fic, where a new young X-lady comes to Utopia after being found by the X-men in an old Hellfire club hideout. It's discovered that she's a genetic amalgamation of Namor the Sub-Mariner and Emma Frost, commissioned by Sebastian Shaw when Emma and Namor's relationship fizzled. 

I have a few Fan-Fictions in the planing stages, but this one I have gotten to issue 9, so I though that I should start publishing it. This is going to be my first Fan-Fiction series that is On going. All my others have been 6 issues long. But this one is going to last until I get tired and feel like there is no longer a reason to do it.

THE MIGHT AVENGERS

Retelling and slightly changing the origin of the team. The first story arc...

Loki has finally made his move to where to can be ightful king of Asgard. He kidnaps Thor, but Thor manages to get a call for help to Iron Man. Who will Iron Man ask to help? Will Loki win? Where is Odin? All these questions and more will be answered during the first story arc.

I'm going to serialize it kinda. I will leave hints in one story arch about the next, but you don't have to read every story arc to get the other. I'm going to post this one on May 28, 2011. So, if you love the Avengers I would deffinitly check this out.

Here are my ideas for these fan-fics.

My first multi-part fanfic was plagued by a variety of issues. I decided that if I do another, I need to do it differently. Most notably, I need to treat it as I would any other work I do. Hence, the reason I am writing this.

This isn’t so much an idea, as it is a general outline of points I would like to pursue. This is typically how I start projects. It is a way for me to brainstorm ideas and make a list of basic ideas and plot points I want to explore.

It was almost certainly be set in the Marvel universe. Beyond that, I am still thinking about my options. I would like it to involve Dr. Strange in some way, since he is one of my favorite characters, or just magic in general since that would be something a little different. I’m not set on either of those ideas yet. Something X-Men related would be fun as well.

I think I am going to try and keep my next one a little lighter. I didn’t intend for my first one to become so serious. While I tried to add levity to lighten it up, it ended up feeling out of place. Therefore, I plan on making a better effort to keep the tone more fun and consistent. I am also thinking of including a bit of romance if it fits. I always enjoy writing sweet, romantic scenes, but I rarely get the chance to. This may be a convenient opportunity to do it.

It may be a while until I get around to actually writing this, so I may come back with a more detailed description eventually. For now, this is what I’m considering.

Earlier today I said I didn't have any specific ideas, just some basic guidelines I was interested in. Well, in the last 9 hours or so, and idea has slowly been forming in my head. I actually didn't want to come up with an idea so quickly, but it won't go away so I may end up writing it sooner than I expected.

Modred the Mystic is attempting to summon Chthon using the Darkhold. It falls upon an unlikely trio to find him and stop him before he gathers the power to do so. Gathered by Doctor Strange, a lonely traveler, a girl with a mysterious heritage, and a former follower of Modred must band together to stop Chthon once and for all.

I already know the characters I am going to use. Those came to me almost immediately. I just need to develop the plot a little more. It probably sounds a little cheesy at the moment, but I think I can do something good with it.

New Rider Special: Teen Titans Crossover

Affairs Of Men is a new collection of four Fanfics I am writing. First one is Affairs of Men http://www.comicvine.com/forums/fan-fic/8/affairs-of-men-twice-loved-twice-burned/617507/#6 Now forwarning since I didnt warn the last reader lol, this is a MATURE fanfic. Full of blood, gore and suggestive themes. So if that kind of stuff makes you uncomfortable then do not dare reading, but I will say the next story I will be writing will be less suggestive themes and pure action movie violence and awesome story.

Im writing a story called The Illiad 

Its about Ancient Greeks fighting a large city of people from Ancient Turkey called Trojans im thinking of spin offs / sequels called The Odessey an The Aeniad

I'm planning a story where Superman's and Batman's lives are one in the same.A amalgam kinda.

Any future stories I'd be making would be either sequels to my already existing "Ultimate stories" or a new hero in my "Ultimate DC universe"

I'm currently writing one about a new girl joining the Bat-family.  
I'll probably be posting the first 3 chapters later on tonight. But i need a name for it first but i need a "superhero" name for the main character. Her name is Alex, she'll be fighting along side Red Robin rather than Batman.  
If you can think of any cool names for her, please enlighten me! :) 

I cannot think of any good plot for the Spider Man fan fic, I will try something else, though.

Hey I have been thinking back to when Young Justice (or maybe Teen Titans i can't remember) were worried about Robin making safety plans against them because Batman did against the JLA. Well what if the Teen Titans (Same as the YJ members during the worried period) found a bunch of plans against them that were actually made by cyborg but everyone blamed Red Robin and then a villian (haven't decided who) launches all the weapons all the members survive because Cyborg saves them in secret by interfering with all the weapons using safe guards but the fight (against robots( flight if there missiles)) still lasted for a few seconds so they think that Red Robin launched them all but they just failed. Cyborg unaware the weapons made contact thinks they don't know about them (he was in the basement of the Teen Tower while they weren't) so he continues on like normal but the rest of the Titans go Robin Hunting.

I am working on a Fanfic Universe with DC characters.

Damian left the Batfamily four years prior and is working in Bludhaven. He goes by "The Bat" and is using an Costume that pay homage to both Batman and Nightwing costume. Despite his severd ties with the Batfamily; he still retain traits from them.

Batman: Apart from the "Bat" name, he works with a Commissioner and District Attorney and uses disguises to get closer to the criminal element. Arguarbly, he is better than Bruce at it, finally, Damien has his own sidekic-, I meant partner.

Nightwing: Damian actually have the MOST traits from him. The Batsuit is a refrence to Grayson "No cape" policy, it also serves as the "Glider" costume Grayson wore back in the 90's. Damian also trys to crack a joke or two when in the Bat persona. Damian main weapons are collapsible Escrima sticks that are really just moddifed stun batons (Like Arkam city's nightwing) and finally, he have a partner that is a redhead.

Tim Drake: Litterally, has the least traits taken from him. Damian taught his partner, Wisp, how to use an Bo-staff because despite his anger at Drake; Damian admits that the Bo-staffs works.

Cansandra Cain: Damian fighting style is closer to Cansandra's. In-universe he had a small crush on her and he build up his martrial arts repertoire so much that he may be able to give her fair fight.

Step brown: He has a Hyperactive partner that annoys him sometimes, said partner is female as well. No way in hell that is NOT a coincidence.

Damien main partners in Bludhaven are:

Hiro Okamura- The Toyman from Japan and Damien Closest friend. He is the Inventer of the BB suit and most of Damien and Wisp, gear. The only reason that he works with Damein is because he is mostly alone and loves the idea of having friends around. Huge anime fan.

Amy stubbs- Daughter of an Assassin and Damien partner in Bludhaven. Goes by the name "Wisp" and uses an Collaspible bo-staff as her main weapon. Her costume is mostly the Arkham City'S Robin Costume but All Grey is Black and the red is yellow. Very good at her job.

The series begins with Damian as 15 year olds and his 3rd year in Bludhaven, the Actual plot is trying to figure out why Batman is using lethal force on criminals. Soon he is confronted by Nightwing and ask to help determine who is under the cowl.

I have a few ideas.

Extreme Amalgams

Basically, I create my own Amalgam characters and write series about them. I have Spirit of Steel (Superman/Ghost Rider), Iron Bat (Iron Man/Batman), Green Thunder (Thor/Green Lantern), the American Wonder (Captain America/Wonder Woman), etc.

For this one, I still have to come up with a name

Basically, independents that are a continuation of Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Wolverine and the X-men. EMH would be centered around the Civil War, and Wolverine and the X-men would be centered around the Age of Apocalypse.

Okay, ignore the part about EMH and WAXM. I will be doing those with BlueLantern1995
