The battle will take place in an evacuated New York City.
No interruptions, no outside help, no mechas.
The opponents won't know who they're dealing and they
can use everything in NYC at their disposal during battle.
Other than those things, anything goes from here.

Note: This battle will take place after the Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger episode,
"The Space Pirates Appear" and Ultimate Comics: New Ultimates #5.
