Chapter 1
Raiden sent them flying across the Himalayas after overhearing the conversation between Hanzo Hasashi and Kuai Liang. He was angered that the two most important protectors of Earthrealm were not seeing things from his point of view. Granted, Raiden's point of view is complete sh*t.
“Hanzo and Kuai, the legendary rivalry of two idiots and can’t even defeat a simple god.” Raiden taunted them. “The moment someone goes against the protection of Earthrealm, they go against me.” Raiden got into a fighting stance. He was ready to battle.
“You are… not protecting… Earthrealm,” said Kuai. He was in a lot of pain, but seems persistent. “You are destroying not only Earthrealm, but the universe.”
Raiden grabbed Kuai from the throat and began choking him, but he didn’t see it to be fitting, so he began to electrocute Kuai to a burning crisp. Kuai could feel his skin sizzling. Kuai began to feel the blisters popping and his skin crawling; he began to lose consciousness.
Hanzo stood up and seeing Raiden electrocuting Kuai horrified him. He threw his Kunai into Raiden’s back. The kunai made an awful sound as it pierced through the skin and flesh and found its way through the spine and into the front of the abdomen.
“GET OVER HERE!” Those classic words were uttered from Scorpion. Within Hanzo existed a remnant of the revenant created by Quan Chi; the now dead sorcerer who made Scorpion. Hanzo could control Scorpion as it was an incarnation of him.
Hanzo grabbed Raiden and uppercutted him. It cracked Raiden’s jaw and sent him flying through the clouds.Scorpion teleports in a flurry of flame into the sky and stomps Raiden back into the ground. Scorpion could hear the organs swish and mush as they were crushed between the ground and his feet. Raiden’s spine punctured them and made them bleed. Raiden began to vomit blood as he got up.
“I hoped you learned your lesson.” Hanzo said as he reverted back into his human form and went to pick up Kuai. “Raiden wasn’t going to give up so easily.”
Hanzo turned around to find Raiden barrelling toward him at lightning speed with both fists in front of him. Hanzo was sent onto the edge of a cliff in an electric flight.
‘I have to outsmart him.’ Hanzo thought as he saw Raiden covered in lighting walking toward him. ‘He is going to end everyone within the Lin Kuei palace. Then we would be of no help to this entire universe.’ Hanzo then realized that he needed to gather his strength and prepare for teleportation.
Hanzo began to blaze in pure fire and in a flash, he was next to Kuai. He grabbed a rope nearby and put it in Kuai’s teeth. “Hang on, this may hurt.” Hanzo wrapped Kuai over his shoulder and teleported into the throne room of the Lin Kuei palace where every Lin Kuei Assassin was waiting.
“Apprehend this revenant of hell.” Frost screamed as the Lin Kuei assassins got closer.
“No, don’t. Raiden is the one who attacked me. We need an evacuation. He will destroy everybody.” Kuai ordered.
“How can you trust Hanzo. He is an old enemy.” Frost demanded.
“We are friends and I trust him because he just saved me. When you are the Grandmaster of your own clan then maybe you can talk to me.” Kuai screamed.
“Fine. Commence evacuation.” Frost yelled. In an instant, Raiden appeared in a fury of lightning. He grabbed frost and tore her in half. Blood, organs, and Frost’s heart poured out of the body. Her muscles lost their grip on the skin and began to pour out very slowly, leaving a skin blanket of what was once Frost. Everybody stared in horror as Raiden teleported out of the throne room.
“I know where he is going.” Hanzo said to Kuai. “Get your Grandmaster to the medical center.” Hanzo ordered the assassins.
“You are going to die.” Kuai said as the assassins carried him.
Hanzo teleported to the communications room. By the time he got there, Raiden had murdered nearly every person in the giant room filled with computers and servers. The room had a huge 360 screen in the middle that was now smashed. The last two people who could operate it were hiding under the center, circular table. Raiden teleported yet again.
‘What is he doing? Why doesn’t he just attack me?’ Hanzo thought.
“Order the evacuation protocols and get out yourselves. Tell the people that they are going to location Alpha SR.” Hanzo ordered. Location Alpha SR was a sub headquarters of the Shirai Ryu. Since the truce had been met between Kuai and Hanzo they agreed to use each others resources the moment something happened.
‘Where would he go next?’ Hanzo began to question. ‘Of course. Transportation. He is going to the basement! The only method of escape from an attack in this palace.’ Hanzo teleported yet again into the basement. The basement was a circular giant garage filled with vehicles from Special Forces. Tanks, weaponed sedans, and armored SUV’s could be found. Raiden arrived at the same time as Hanzo.
