2nd Gyre
Violet: The Silencers are the assassins and spies of the Bureau and deal with any potential threat to the realms abroad. They use many stealthy spells like invisibility and all sorts of ghostly powers but their main source for offense is from their Marks, tattoos that allow one to control certain powers (Red Wind has a pair called Surya's Chakram), so that throughout any inspection nothing is found among them. They are mostly promoted from Reds and Blues but one's place in the bureau rather depends on his or her soul and that soul can be set for a violet once created. Silencers have restricted movement and can only travel to places where they are assigned.
Green: Harmonizers are the medics and can go anywhere they please but still have to accompany missions with any Reds or Golds (3rd Gyre, you can wait). They have the obvious healing spells but can also break illusions and curses. They are also augmented by certain enchantments that raise their physical limits like speed and strength and are given an adaptive seal to reach anyone in any sort of environment. They can be promoted from blues and yellows
Orange: The Sorcerers are essentially mercenaries that make up the majority of the Bureau's employment. If you want a more broad path to take with magic a Sorcerer is the way to go. They can study whatever types of magic they want and can take a job from any private employer but since they are designated members they must answer the Bureau's call to service. Taking a job that means to offend the Bureau alone or in fact a refusal of service would result as incrimination and, inevitably, arrest. Sorcerers are promoted from Reds and Yellows.
So that's the 2nd Gyre and I only wish that there was another word for orange but my dashboard's thesaurus has none, gotta love that modern tech right.
