DC Zombies Infectious Insanity Part Five

Both felons felt as if they had been walking for days,instead of just hours.

Fighting and trying to survive the hordes of the dead had taken its toll on them.

Sionis stopped still,he rubbed the back of his head.He looked over at Crane who was lent against the wall,he took his mask off and used it to wipe the sweat from his brow.

"Sometimes I wish I could do that with mine too" Sionis said gruffly.Pointing to his head with a slight grin.

"Here you hold this for a while Crane".

Sionis took the bag from his shoulder put it on the ground and scooted it over to Crane.

"Do you think we are going to die down here?" asked Crane nervously.

Sionis simply replied "maybe" .

Crane rolled his eyes until he could see Sionis,he quickly looked away again.

"If its like this down here,the city must be overrun with these things" Crane uttered.

"Well we are going to need more ammo then" chuckled Sionis

Crane tipped his head back and breathed heavily in and out.

"Do,do y you think that He has managed to survive?" Crane asked.

Before Sionis had a chance to reply a terrifyingly loud roar was heard.It echoed through out the sewers.

Both villains got to their feet.

"Where the hell did that come from?" Sionis asked with his gun raised swooping in all directions.

Crane stood still looking in all directions anticipating the next roar so he could find out where it was coming from.

The ground beneath them began to shake vigorously.

"ROARRRR!"

"It sounds like its getting closer" bellowed Crane

"IT?! DONT YOU MEAN THEM?" shouted Sionis

"I DONT KNOW IT SOUNDS BIGGER THAN ONE OF THEM"

Both villains began to scarper.

This should probably be "IT?! DON'T YOU MEAN THEM?"

Otherwise another solid entry. Oh, and good foreshadowing about him. Wonder who that could be...

Oh yeah your right thanks.

I was going to make that bit more obvious but I decided to let the reader think about it a bit more.

I think this is perfect. as it is, i think i know who he is. But you might yet surprise me.

It probably is,I wont have him featured in the story,not any time soon anyway if I do.

@mrdecepticonleader: This is a great series. It seems pretty hopeless, and those are my favorite type of stories. Zombies are my absolute favorite, so thank you for the fun reads.
